Susannah is a multi-disciplinary artist. 

Raised in Washington, D.C. by a costume designer, she comes from a long line of women driven by aesthetics.

Susannah is an instructor at ClayHouse Brooklyn and Choplet Ceramic Studio, where she also worked as a studio technician.

An actor by training, Susannah delights in the tactile and permanent nature of ceramics, which is so distinct from the ephemeral work of performance. Her pottery is wheel-thrown and uniquely expressive, leaving room for trial, error, and the wonders of chance.
